40-60 days after all artwork and 30% deposit are confirmed.

What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.

How many colors are available?
We match color with pantone matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need, we will match the color accordingly or we will recommend some popular colors for your kindly reference.

Can our logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed o your products and package by printing or stickers.

When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation.Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

What payment terms you can do?
Normally we accept payment term as T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight ,any pay ways can support.

Can you send products to my country?
Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
